For the first time in four years, the Catholic Stangs were scheduled to attend a FOCUS Conference (SEEK23) in person! Unfortunately, the projected snow fall of 12+ inches was scheduled to begin about the same time we were scheduled to leave on Monday morning. With a little rearranging, we headed out for St. Louis shortly after the conclusion of the 6pm Mass on Sunday evening.
We arrived in St. Louis at 5:30a, well ahead of the storm. The reality, though, is if you arrive at 5:30a, coffee and donuts are needed to fuel a person to get through the day! Fortunately, Krispy Kreme and Starbucks were just a few short blocks apart, so we were able to get everyone off on the right foot!
